Director & Managing Partner
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh is the Director/Managing Partner of ATA Legal Services. Lawyer Ngoc Anh holds years of experience as a consulting lawyer at InvestConsult Group – one of the leading law firms in Vietnam, and an in-house lawyer for securities companies and large economic groups such as VPS Securities, SHS Securities, Vingroup, FLC Group, DNPCorp, Tasco, Savico, etc.
With over 17 years of experience, Lawyer Ngoc Anh has participated in consulting, building structure for various transactions of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), consulting on corporate restructuring, consulting on corporate administration – especially the administration of public and listed companies, consulting on bond issuance, stock issuance, consulting on the development of financial investment products and legal issues in the project implementation, etc. Being always rated as an accomplished, dynamic and understanding lawyer, the advice and solutions offered by Lawyer Ngoc Anh not only comply with legal regulations but are also effective and appropriate for businesses. With the view that a lawyer is a companion in protecting and supporting clients to protect their legitimate rights and interests, Lawyer Ngoc Anh always considers the problem from diverse aspects, thereby giving the most suitable solution.

Deputy Director
Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh is the Deputy Director of ATA Legal Services. Mr. Thanh has years of experience and held essensial positions in the Competition Administration Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade. He was one of the key members of the drafting committee of the first Competition Law of Vietnam and was honored to receive the Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit for his achievements in the process of developing and applying legal documents. Recently, he has been being held the position of Public Relations Director at one of the leading corporations in Vietnam in the field of food and beverage. With his capacity, voice and contributions, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh was trusted by the Vietnam Consumer Protection Association and elected to be its Vice President.
Mr. Thanh’s strength areas are consulting on strategic, operational plans and legal solutions in the field of manufacturing and trading of fast-moving consumer products, consulting and supporting licensing works, and dealing with media crises and dispute resolution for clients.
Deputy Director & Partner
Mr. Vu Tuan Anh is the Deputy Director and the partner of ATA Legal Services. Lawyer Tuan Anh has worked as a consulting attorney and held senior management positions (Deputy Director) at InvestConsult Group – one of the leading law firms in Vietnam. Simultaneously, Mr. Tuan Anh had over 10 years acting as an in-house lawyer of the leading large economic group in Vietnam, Vingroup. Recently, he is holding the position of Deputy Head of the Legal Department of Vinhomes Company – a member company of Vingroup.
After years of working at top-tier companies and corporations in Vietnam, especially in real estate and tourism and resort groups, Lawyer Vu Tuan Anh has accumulated a tremendous breadth of experience in investment, real estate, business restructuring, and corporate compliance. Besides, he also built sustainable relationships with management agencies, financial institutions and potential domestic and foreign investors. Some significant clients: Honda Vietnam, Toyota Vietnam, VinGroup, Fortuna, Van Phu Investment Joint Stock Company, Zamil Steel, etc.
Deputy Director & Lawyer
Ms. Vu Thanh Nhan is the Deputy Director and the partner of ATA Legal Services, in charge of specialized legal advice for corporate/individual clients. Ms. Nhan has over 16 years of working in courts, big enterprises, and corporations such as Techcombank, etc. Ms. Nhan is currently consulting on legal issues related to corporate administration, civil/commercial Contracts, real estate business projects, insurance, legal disputes related to land, inheritance, marriage and family, employment, etc.
