Litigation and representation in court

1. Consulting , supporting and representing to protect clients' rights in civil disputes, family, labor, and commercial business cases:

  • Consulting on general provisions on civil law and civil proceedings;
  • Consulting, answering and participating in resolving disputes relating to ownership and other rights to properties; inheritance disputes; contract disputes; intellectual property disputes; land disputes; claims for compensation for non-contractual damages; intellectual property disputes; family and marriage cases; other disputes and requests in the fields of labor, civil affairs, commercial business, etc.

2. Consulting, supporting, justifying and representing to protect clients' rights in criminal cases:

  • Consulting on prosecutive procedures, rights and obligations of suspects, defendants and victims in cases;
  • Studying the investigation conclusion records, indictment, first instance judgment (if any) to find grounds and evidence that are favorable to the client;
  • Supporting in collecting documents, evidence and consulting on solutions to protect the rights of clients during investigation and trial;
  • Representing, defending or protecting clients' rights during litigation or when working with relevant agencies, organizations and individuals.

3. Consulting on supporting and representing to protect clients' rights in administrative cases:

  • Consulting on the client's right to sue when administrative acts and administrative decisions affect the customers' legitimate rights and interests: Conditions for initiating a lawsuit, the Court's jurisdiction to resolve administrative acts and decisions.
  • Consulting on plans, procedures, authority, and order of exercising the right to complain and the right to sue against administrative acts and administrative decisions.
  • Supporting clients in collecting necessary documents during the process of resolving administrative cases.
  • Representing and protecting clients ' rights during litigation or when working with relevant agencies, organizations and individuals.

4. Consulting and supporting the implementation of bankruptcy procedures and handling of assets of enterprises and cooperatives to protect the interests of customers as creditors of enterprises and cooperatives.
