- Building a clear governance model and mechanism for management positions in Companies;
- Drafting, reviewing and completing monthly/quarterly/annual reports of enterprises submitted to State agencies during business operations;
- Drafting and reviewing transactions arisen during business operations to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
