Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh is the Director/ Managing Partner of ATA Legal Services. Lawyer Ngoc Anh holds years of experience as a consulting lawyer at InvestConsult Group - one of the leading law firms in Vietnam, and an in-house lawyer for securities companies and large economic groups such as VPS Securities, SHS Securities, Vingroup, FLC Group, DNPCorp, Tasco, Savico, etc.
With over 17 years of experience, Lawyer Ngoc Anh has participated in consulting, building structure for various transactions of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), consulting on corporate restructuring, and consulting on corporate administration – especially the administration of public and listed companies, consulting on bond issuance, stock issuance, consulting on the development of financial investment products, and legal issues in the project implementation, etc. Being always rated as an accomplished, dynamic, and understanding lawyer, the advice and solutions offered by Lawyer Ngoc Anh not only comply with legal regulations but are also effective and appropriate for businesses. Mr. Vu Tuan Anh is a Deputy Director and a partner of ATA Legal Services. Lawyer Tuan Anh has worked as a consulting attorney and held senior management positions (Deputy Director) at InvestConsult Group - one of the leading law firms in Vietnam. Simultaneously, Mr. Tuan Anh had over 10 years acting as an in-house lawyer of the leading large economic group in Vietnam, Vingroup. Recently, he is holding the position of Deputy Head of the Legal Department of Vinhomes Company – a member company of this Group.
After years of working at top-tier companies and corporations in Vietnam, especially in real estate and tourism and resort groups, Lawyer Vu Tuan Anh has accumulated a tremendous breadth of experience in investment, real estate, business restructuring, and corporate compliance. Besides, he also built sustainable relationships with management agencies, financial institutions, and potential domestic and foreign investors. Ms. Vu Thanh Nhan is a Deputy Director and a partner of ATA Legal Services, in charge of specialized legal advice for corporate/individual clients. Ms. Nhan has over 16 years of working in courts, big enterprises, and corporations such as Techcombank, etc. Ms. Nhan is currently consulting on legal issues related to corporate administration, civil/commercial Contracts, real estate business projects, insurance, legal disputes related to land, inheritance, marriage and family, employment, etc.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Nguyet is a Deputy Director and a Senior Lawyer of ATA Legal Services. With over 19 years of experience working as in-house lawyer for large business groups namely FLC Group, GS Holdings, Tan Sang Company, TSG Vietnam Holdings etc., Ms. Nguyet has provided vital support to her companies in planning strategies, navigating business, corporate reorganization, investment projects in compliance with Vietnamese laws.
Ms. Nguyet's practice focuses on real estate investment projects, M&A transactions, banking and finance, and corporate matters. She has also participated in advising and defending corporations and individual clients in many legal matters and disputes.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang is a legal expert specializing in corporate law and currently serves as a regular associate at ATA Legal Services, responsible for providing legal advice to clients on legal issues arising in the course of business production and management.
With more than 10 years of experience, Mr. Quang has participated in advising and structuring transactions for numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals, foreign investment and capital mobilization, corporate governance consulting for public companies and listed companies, as well as handling legal procedures and matters related to the development and distribution of commercial real estate and residential projects. He has worked closely with major economic groups such as SCIC, FLC Group, and DNP Holding throughout his career.

Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh is a Senior Legal Expert and a regular collaborator of ATA Legal Services, responsible for providing legal advice and support for businesses and real estate investment projects.
With more than 10 years of experience, Ms. Hanh has held middle and senior management positions overseeing legal aspects of real estate projects in major economic conglomerates such as FLC Group, Sungroup, Tan A Dai Thanh Group, and Kita Group.
