ATA Legal Services provides a variety of financial and banking services, from consulting clients and drafting dossiers to working on behalf of clients with third parties, in compliance with applicable laws of Vietnam. Specifically:
- Negotiate, consult, and assist in the conclusion of contracts: Credit, Mortgage, Financial Leasing, Insurance, Loan, and Project Financing;
