In June 2022, ATA Legal Services and Saigon Law Firm signed a strategic and comprehensive cooperation contract.
ATA Global Legal Limited Company (ATA Legal Services) was established and operated by experienced lawyers in M&A activities, management, securities, real estate projects, etc. The service provision areas of ATA are currently concentrated in Hanoi and the northern provinces. In the upcoming time, ATA’s goal is to expand the market to the central and southern provinces. The signature of a strategic and comprehensive cooperation contract with Saigon Law Firm is a milestone for ATA to implement this goal.

Saigon Law Firm is a law firm established by Lawyer Hoang Van Tai and his associates from the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. Being established in 2009, up to now, Saigon Law Firm has been making steady progress in the field of legal advice and litigation activities in Vietnam, especially in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and southern provinces.
