Job description

-        Research legal regulations and provide legal advice in the areas of business, labor, real estate, securities, insurance, investment, etc.;

-        Draft and review documents, dossier and contracts in English/Vietnamese;

-        Support Lawyers in contacting and working with clients;

-        Carry out legal procedures as required by customers and the Company;

-        Other tasks assigned by the Company Director.

- Research and synthesize legal regulations to support the preparation of consultation letters and legal reports;

-     Support in drafting legal documents, documents, and contracts;

-   Support other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirement

-        Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from Hanoi Law University, VNU University of Law and other Universities with specialized training in Economic Law/Business Law

-        Have at least 02 years of experience working as legal counsel in the areas of  business, finance, investment or real estate.

-        Good command of listening, reading, writing and speaking English

-        Senior student or fresh graduate from formal training in Hanoi Law University; VNU University of Law; v.v.

-        Adequate skills in Microsoft Office software;

-        Good command of English

-        Preference: Male gender
