FORMS OF TAX RECEIPTS AND TAX WITHHOLDING DOCUMENTS COULD NOT BE USED DUE TO EXPIRY

On September 20, 2023, the General Department of Taxation issued Official Letter 4168/TCT-TVQT to the Tax Departments of provinces and centrally-run cities announcing that the prints are no longer valid. ATA Legal Services sends customers forms of tax collection receipts and tax withholding documents that have expired for customers to monitor and note to avoid errors in making and paying their taxes.
