On March 11, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued Decision No. 11/2024/QD-UBND (“Decision 11”) amending regulations on land price adjustment coefficients to establish plans on compensation, support and resettlement in Ho Chi Minh City in 2024. Decision 11 replaces 13/2023/QD-UBND (“Decision 13”). Accordingly, the land price adjustment coefficient framework is adjusted towards extending (increasing the gap between the lowest coefficient and the highest coefficient) to get closer to the market price in each different area in the city, specifically as follows:
