The Law on Consumer Protection was passed by the National Assembly on June 20, 2023, and will officially come into effect on July 1, 2024. In commemoration of World Consumers Rights Day on March 15, the Vietnam Competition and Consumer Authority - Ministry of Industry and Trade organized a launching ceremony to mark this occasion. As part of the event, Lawyer Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, Director of ATA Global Legal Limited Company, was invited to speak at the symposium "Early Implementation of the Law on Consumer Protection into life" as a consulting firm specializing in providing comprehensive legal solutions for businesses and having contributed opinions during the drafting process of the Law.
