Job Description 

- Research legal regulations and provide legal advice in the following areas: corporate, labor, real estate, securities, insurance, investment, etc.;
- Draft and review documents, files, and contracts in English/Vietnamese;
- Directly contact and work with clients;
- Carry out legal procedures at the request of clients and the Company;
- Other tasks as assigned by the Company’s Director.

- Salary as agreed, fixed amount up to 20 million VND++/month; year-end bonus based on contribution and KPI bonus;
- Revenue-sharing mechanism in accordance with Company policy;
- Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and annual leave in compliance with law;
- Participation in internal training sessions organized by the Company;

- Bachelor of Law from Hanoi Law University, School of Law – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, or other universities with majors in Business Law/Economic Law;
- Minimum of 03–05 years’ experience in corporate, financial, investment, or real estate legal consultancy;
- Ability to work independently and in teams;
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing);
- Litigation experience is an advantage;
- High sense of responsibility and meticulousness at work;
- Proficiency in basic office IT skills;
- Priority: Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate/ undergoing Lawyer Apprenticeship.
