Position

Lawyer/ Legal Associate

Working time

Full-time (8:30 – 18:00) from Monday to Friday, lunch break from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Job description

- Research legal regulations and provide legal advice in the areas of business, labor, real estate, securities, insurance, investment, etc.;

- Draft and review documents, dossier and contracts in English/Vietnamese;

- Support Lawyers in contacting and working with clients;

- Carry out legal procedures as required by customers and the Company;

- Other tasks assigned by the Company Director.

Requirement

-        Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Hanoi Law University, VNU University of Law and other Universities with specialized training in Economic Law/Business Law

-        Have at least 03-05 years or more of experience working as legal counsel in the areas of business, finance, investment, or real estate.

-        Able to work independently and in groups;

-        Good command of listening, reading, writing and speaking English

-        Proficient in Office Informatics

-        Preference: Male gender; Hold a Lawyer Practising Certificate/ Trainee Solicitors
