On May 17, 2023, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 30/2023/TT-BTC (“Circular 30”) guiding the registration, depository, exercise of rights, transfer of ownership, and payment of transfers, and organizing a trading market for bonds offered for private sale in the domestic market (hereinafter referred to as “private bonds”).
Some outstanding contents in Circular 30 updated by ATA are below:
1. Procedures for registration of individual bonds transactions by the issuer
2. Process of individual corporate bond trading by bondholders on the individual bond trading system at the Stock Exchange
Circular 30 takes effect from July 1, 2023.
