Our company expects clients to use Retainer Services on a recurring fee basis. Using the Retainer Services of ATA Legal Services, clients will be assured of legal compliance and significantly reduce legal risks in their operations. Based on the monthly service fee, ATA Legal Services will act as the client's outsourced legal advice through a contract. Clients will be provided with legal services at anytime during the term of such contract.
