The Tax Department has issued Notification No. 237/TB-CT regarding the temporary suspension of several IT application systems from May 23 to June 15, 2025, to facilitate the relocation of the main Data Center to a new site.
The systems that will be suspended during this period include: eTax, Electronic Tax Services, and the Data Transmission Hub, with specific details as follows:
+ E-Tax: Suspended from 00:00 to 04:00 on May 24 and from 00:00 to 04:00 on June 14.
+ Electronic Tax Services and Data Transmission Hub: Suspended from 18:00 on May 23 to 16:00 on May 25, and from 18:00 on June 13 to 16:00 on June 15.
During this period, the tax system will operate from the backup data center, functioning at 70% capacity compared to the main system. Taxpayers will not be able to access electronic services provided by the tax sector, including eTax, iCanhan, eTax Mobile, and related portals.
The Tax Department also announced that data exchange between the Tax Department and external agencies and organizations will be disrupted. This includes agencies such as the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Public Security, and other organizations involved in administrative procedures, vehicle registration, social insurance, and local tax authorities.
